Our Story
Great Lakes Aesthetics was built on the belief that aesthetic treatments deserve the same standard of care as surgery.
Dr. Calotti founded Great Lakes Eye Centre in 2007, and Great Lakes Aesthetics in 2011. He has since performed thousands of successful procedures. That same experience now supports our aesthetic patients, from injectables to surgical treatments like blepharoplasty.
Our team works out of the same location as Great Lakes Eye Centre, and no referral is needed to book with us.

MEET OUR TEAM
Dr. Fadi Calotti
Ophthalmologist
Dr. Fadi Calotti is the founder of Great Lakes Aesthetics and a board-certified ophthalmologist with more than 25 years of surgical experience. He has been practicing aesthetics since 2011, bringing that same surgical precision to injectables, skin treatments and eyelid surgery. Since opening the practice in 2007, he has helped thousands of patients restore their vision with compassionate, patient-centered care. In addition to caring for patients, he teaches future physicians and optometrists through his roles at McMaster University and the University of Waterloo.
Dr. Calotti knew early in his training that surgery was where he was meant to be. He completed his Ophthalmology residency at the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, graduating with first honours, before pursuing a fellowship in Neuro-Ophthalmology at Henry Ford Hospital. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) and a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology (DABO).
Outside of medicine, Dr. Calotti enjoys travelling and speaks multiple languages. As a lifelong sports fan, he proudly supports Manchester United and Detroit's major sports teams. He loves playing sports, especially swimming and pickleball, and also enjoys listening to music.

With a Master of Public Health, Erika pairs clinical expertise in aesthetic treatments with a passion for patient-centered care. When she isn’t assisting Dr. Calotti in the clinic, she enjoys traveling and staying active

Medical Aesthetician
A licensed Medical Aesthetician with over a decade of experience, Aisha specializes in delivering polished, expert-led results tailored to your unique skin journey. When she isn’t helping clients glow in the clinic, she stays inspired through her love for tennis, kickboxing, and continuous learning.
